As we are constantly surrounded by advertisements, slogans and posters that the best thing we can do to avoid the dangerous flu is to get flu vaccines, one may think that it is the best way to avoid death! If not so serious, than at least most of us consider flu to be the most dangerous thing in the world and we can do nothing to prevent it, but to get this shot.
However, newest research proves that these vaccines are not effective as we thought, but in contrary, they are toxic for both, humans and animals.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, “The following substances are found in flu vaccines: aluminum, antibiotics, egg protein, formaldehyde, human aborted fetal apparatus (dead human tissue), monosodium glutamate (MSG), and thimerosol (mercury).” Flu vaccines are directly linked to long-term health consequences.
A 2005, report published in the British Medical Journal (BMJ online) by Peter Doshi, PhD, blew the lid off the CDC’s claim that 36,000 died from the flu annually. After careful analysis Doshi revealed, “Between 1979 and 2001, [CDC] data show an average of 1348 [flu] deaths per year (range 257 to 3006).”
Moreover, there is no flu season. Actually, it is more like a period of weather changes and the immune systems of more people weaken.
Luckily, we have better alternatives. These are several ways in which we can strengthen our immune system naturally.
Honey and Cinnamon
Consistent use of honey helps fight bacteria and viral diseases by strengthening the white blood corpuscles. You will successfully prevent and cure most chronic cough, cold and clear the sinuses by taking one tablespoon of lukewarm honey with 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder daily for 3 days.
Turmeric
Turmeric contains numerous anti-bacterial agents which may help our body fight against colds, cough and flu. Curcumin, the key ingredient of turmeric is known for its anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties which can help in healing cuts and wounds. You can simply add turmeric to your meals or to the cup of ginger tea.
Thyme
Thyme is a great natural additive during cold and flu season for it has superb antiviral, antibactericidal, antifungicidal, antibiotic, and antiseptic properties. Apart from its ability to kill microbes, it also helps the body to eliminate toxins. In addition, it benefits the immune system by encouraging the formation of white blood cells, increasing the immune response to invading organisms.
Cod liver oil
Cod liver oil is definitely a superfood. It contains more vitamin A and D per unit weight than any other food. A single teaspoon of this high-vitamin oil contains nearly 2000 IU.
There are virtually no infectious diseases that do not respond well to treatments which contain cod liver oil. It’s incredibly full of fat-soluble vitamins that support the immune system and fatty acids like EPA and DHA that reduce inflammation. EPA is the precursor of important prostaglandins (localized tissue hormones that help the body deal with inflammation).
